RETURNS POLICY

* Unfortunately we cannot accept unauthorized returns by
mail or UPS without prior clearance. Please call or write
for instructions. Insure all packages to be returned. UPS
insures automatically under $100.00 but the postal service
requires special insurance for each package. Damage to
uninsured packages is the responsibility of the sender.
* No returns on supply orders can be accepted after seven
(7) working days from the date you received your package.
The reason for this is tin is a perishable material (it
can rust) and we have no control over the circumstances of
its storage when not in our possession.
* We are sorry but we cannot accept returns at all on
custom cut tin, pierced metal panels (Unless damaged in
transit--see below) or tools which have been used.
* Country Accents has no control over the execution of
your project therefore we cannot be held responsible for
the spoiling of materials.
*DAMAGE CLAIMS: If your package arrived in damaged
condition and it was shipped via UPS contact their local
customer service department immediately and they will come
and pick up the package. Make very certain to retain the
original box and packing materials! Failure to do so may
result in refusal of your claim. Please also inform us of
the problem in order to expedite your replacement of the
damaged goods.
Undamaged goods: For approved returns of Undamaged goods,
upon inspection of re-stock able condition, unfortunately,
are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee of the merchandise
total.

Shipping/handling fees are
non-refundable.
